Working as a head of counselling services for over 16 years, and supporting colleagues through national executive positions, I have first-hand experience of managing many challenging situations, leading teams through complex changes and restructures. This sparked my interest first in coaching, then in organisational dynamics, so I could help others facing similar challenges.
