Working as a head of counselling services for over 16 years, and supporting colleagues through national executive positions, I have first-hand experience of managing many challenging situations, leading teams through complex changes and restructures. This sparked my interest first in coaching, then in organisational dynamics, so I could help others facing similar challenges.

I will bring this unique outlook to my consultancy work by helping you:

  • Promote mental health and wellbeing in your organisation

  • Develop a mental health and wellbeing strategy

  • Improve staff resilience

  • Support a diverse work-force

  • Prepare staff to leave or return international placements

  • Develop team cohesion

Understand, identify and address issues that are holding you back in your organisation

TESTIMONIALS

‘It has been a pleasure working with Géraldine. Her sector knowledge and professional expertise has significantly supported the development of our student-facing services. Her insight is well informed by current sector drivers; the delivery of her work has always been of a high standard. Information is delivered in a calm and supportive way and in the timeframes required. I would not hesitate to work with Géraldine on any future projects we might pursue.’
